Spectacular-Spaces is a full-service design firm serving the Boston Area. We are committed to helping people maximize the appearance and appeal of their properties. Offering a full suite of Home Staging and Design services, we work with homeowners, Real Estate agents, builders, developers and office managers.
Established in 2005, Spectacular-Spaces was one of the first design firms to adopt the Home Staging approach in the Boston area. Since its founding, Spectacular-Spaces has successfully staged more than 800 properties for over 600 individuals and real estate agents. 95% of the homes we have staged have had offers within their first thirty days on the market.
As lifelong residents of the communities we serve, the Spectacular-Spaces team has in-depth knowledge of the local real estate markets. We know the nature and fabric of the neighborhoods and towns we work in, and have access to and personally know the best resources in our markets. These include real estate agencies and the Realtors that staff them, developers, builders and other craftsmen, furniture and accessory showrooms, specialty shops, art galleries and more.
At Spectacular-Spaces, we pride ourselves on consistently delivering outstanding personalized service to our clients. Whether it is our design clients or our staging clients, our philosophy is that every client and each property we work with is unique; they have their own distinctive personalities, challenges and opportunities. Our mission is to make the client the focal point of all our efforts, and to tailor our efforts to that client’s individual needs. Realizing that each of our clients have different financial goals, resources and constraints, we take a step-by-step partnership approach and offer a wide range of Home Staging and Design services. We have great flexibility in the scope of the services we offer and do not take a cookie-cutter approach in our work.
Ellen Fador - Ellen's design talent and color sense stems from her lifelong passion for design and color. As a child she used to spend hours reading her mother's design books and magazines and rearranging the furnishings in their family home. She has the natural ability to see the hidden potential every room holds and continually takes advantage of design and industry classes and seminars to further her knowledge and expertise. Prior to opening Spectacular-Spaces Ellen helped family members and friends fulfill their design goals, creating design plans and transforming their spaces. After taking time off to raise her children and completing numerous additions and whole house renovations in her own homes, Ellen decided to formalize her passion for design into a full time career, and in 2005 she opened Spectacular-Spaces. Since its inception, Ellen has worked with homeowners, Realtors, builders, developers and office managers helping them develop their personal style, transforming their spaces, preparing properties for sale and generating property sales. Her proven success record is testament to the power of staging. Understanding and listening to the individual needs of her clients is Ellen's top priority. From her 14 years as an educator and now entering her seventh year as a designer, Ellen brings to Spectacular-Spaces her skills in creativity, organization and planning combined with her knowledge, talent and passion for design and color; making Spectacular-Spaces one of the most successful and top home design firms in the area.
